Default The BEST way to play against.

Assume villain is the most readable tag in the world. He steals the blinds at a good %. You defend a lot. Which of these 2 lines is more profitable
What villain always does:
1) he will always bet the flop if he was last raiser pf.
2) if he has TP or better, he will always 3 bet the flop when c/r.
3) he will always fold the turn UI if you c/r the flop and bet the turn(without a gut and 2 overs or some kind of draw)
4) if we call the flop bet, villain will fire the turn and check the river UI.

Our options:
1) We checkraise every time we have at least a pair, call a 3 bet and fold the turn UI.
2) We check call, check call, bet/fold.
3) some other option

Another question,
If villain will not get fancy, if we don't start c/r ing with air. Is it good that we play straightforward when he blind steals in return for his straightforward easy to read play?
