Against only the SB here, slowplaying it isnt terrible. He's more likely to have one or two pairs (or maybe the bottom straight) than a flush draw if he's betting out fairly strongly into several opponents.

However, when the CO calls, he's probably drawing, very possibly to the flush. While you have the chance to charge him for it, you need to do so.

Raise to $10-12.

If SB has a strong hand like 2 pair, a set, or the low straight, he might even reraise you again (which is perfect, since it'll probably chase off a flush draw, and you'll fare much better against weaker made hands than a flush draw)

If you win the pot outright, thats fine. Chances are you wouldn't be able to make much more against them anyhow unless they improved to possibly beat you. If you're up against a hand that is willing to play a big pot, you can find out right here while you've got the best hand.

as it happened i call the flop

sb bets $8 I raise to $25 and he goes all in for $55 with his two pair 56 mhis good on river , so it probably would have gone all in anyway on the flop and I would have punished the flush draw had I played it a bit faster
