Default Running God Awful, help

After running reasonably well over the past few months, I'm running terribly. One of those inevitable downswings that you read about and yadda, yadda, it will never happen to me. Here I am, and its happened to me.

I am questioning my ability to play at any level. I need to regroup and have no idea how to go about doing so. Please help.

Take at least 2 days off.
Move down 1 level.
Play only 1-2 tables.
Spend more time studying than playing.

That is why I posted this thread last week. My winrates over 10-30k hand samples

Variance is a bitch. I've had at 10k hands stretch where I was a loser, not even breakeven...

...and I promise you poker is not rigged. Not even Paradise (I just read your thread about that..)

Nice post Krishan. It just got printed and stuck in my "2+2 posts to read during a downswing" folder.

is there any way you could link me to these posts or perhaps photocopy & mail them to me.

I am in the downswing and don't have a folder.

Play elss for a while. I did the opposite because I hate to be in the red.

Not wise unless you are a tilt-free poker übermensch.

Man, I know you you feel.

I'm in the middle of one my worst downswings. Obviously, some of my loses have become tilt-induced. But I swear, I've been subject to abnormally large number of repeated 2-outer suckouts in the last little while.

Sad to say, but I was honestly starting to feel that the "new" Party was rigged. And I'm being sincere here. Tonight I registered my first sigificant winning session in about 3 weeks - including at least 15,000 hands. I think I'm starting to see the light - hopefully.

Funny how this game plays with your head.
