King Yao's Weighing the Odds has a good Short Handed section.

Re: books or articles on short hand limit?
Couple links u will probably get a lot out of.
This first one is from an older post in the HUSH forum...the links in this post are untitled, and while there are a lot of them...its pretty much a compilation of almost every important thread about shorthanded. 1st Link (actually someone titled some of the links if u scroll down that thread a little) Jason Pohls shorthanded articles. 2nd Link |

[/ QUOTE ] Defintily not the only answer and if it is, that section is a super basic primer and nothing more. You will need much more that that one section to become any good at shorthanded poker. |

Also I would rate all of pohls articles (combined) to be a better primer than Weighing the Odds shorthanded section, just for sheer amount of detail that was put into them.
1.HUSH archives 2.Pohls articles 3.HPFAP 4.Yao;s section is how the ratings should go. |

Re: books or articles on short hand limit?
I found the following to have helped me. your mileage may vary.
The shorthanded section in Hold Em Poker for Advanced Players. King Yao's book. I also played alot of 6 handed simulations on my Turbo Texas Holdem software by Wislon software. And finally, just play alot of shorthanded and see what happens. Start out at the low limit .50/$1 tables just for fun. The experience you gain from actual gameplay will serve you as well and probably better than any book or software program out there anyway. |

Re: books or articles on short hand limit?
Each time this topic comes up (and it has been discussed a lot, search is your friend) I have to add How Good is your Limit Poker to the list. Its really a short hand book discussed as a full ring quiz book.
