software for internet poker

I was wondering what programs people use when playing both ring games and sitngo's online. On another board, poker office was consistently rated better than poker tracker. What do people think about these and other softwares?

Also, what do people prefer for simulations? Poker academy? Wilson software?

Poker Academy is considered to be superior for sim. I haven't used either though, just re-iterating what I read previously.
