Re: Short handed vs full ring
In a full ring game, when its folded around to the last 6 seats, you are now in a shorthanded games.
Practicing/playing shorthanded will vastly improve your full-game skills. The reason many people play strictly shorthanded online is that you get more hands in per hour. This means you have more chance to make both good decisions and bad decisions. For the good players, they will make more money multitabling shorthanded games than they would full games (assuming equal skill in both cases). |

Re: Short handed vs full ring
AT full ring the guy with VP$IP of 36% is the loose guy that we all want a hand against at 6 Max he is one of the tight ones. Full ring you do well to find a table where 30% see flop, 6 Max if your table is 40% then you need to find a better table.

Re: Short handed vs full ring
You really think 36% is that tight at 6max? This is strange considering we refer to 30/20 guys as lags.
