why do i feel this way?
Ok I know the quick answer to my question is "I my delusional" But I would like to know if this feeling is typical in the poker world.
I feel like I can bet anyone at the table, I don't care who he or she is. I feel I can play winning poker. I know I am in trouble because I feel this way after only reading two books and buying one software program, with only about 8 trips to a B&M cardroom.

You feel this way probably because you went to the card club ran well for a few sessions and have yet to see the "dark side" of poker yet. Do a search for "downswing". Even the very best players can get the worst of it for extended periods of time. After about 25 trips to the club you will probably be feeling a little different. What limit are you playing?

Poker invincibility lasts for a few brief shining moments until reality rears its ugly head. Heaters don't go on forever, and the resulting crash can be downright devastating if you're not used to the inevitable variance.

After going broke a few times you will learn your lesson. By the way the next step is going to be "I wish I could play against great players only" The donks keep drawing out on me. Then maybe a bad beat post or two, but eventually you will run out of money or come to your senses.
