Default $10/20 limit cashgame: How would you play this one-suited flop?

$10/20 limit cashgame. 6-handed table with solid players. I'm on the cutoff and pick up

7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

UTG bet $20, UTG+1 call $20, I call $20, button call $20, SB folds, BB folds. Pot is $95 and 4 players see the flop of

J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

UTG bet $10 and UTG+1 folds, action is on you. How would you play and why?

I call the flop and raise a non [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] turn. Since he got it HU he's likely to bet the turn with a draw and we can punish that since he'll have to call our raise. If the turn is a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I call down.

Since I misread and it's not HU I raise to fold button and might eliminate the last [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in the hand.

Raise the flop. Any diamond you get to fold is good. I don't stop betting on the flop or turn if it's not a diamond.

I'd raise the flop, then bet any non diamond turn. If the turn is a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], then I check/call the turn, and if he bets both turn and river, check/fold the river if the board doesn't pair.

Raise and rer-raise the flop. Knock out all low diamonds and pound on the draws, getting the money in while you have the best hand.

not raising this river is a mistake. He probably thinks that his pair of aces is good here, or his two pair(he could've limped with AJ or A7). Its also possible that he's using this as a semi bluff card to make you fold a pair and get his K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Qx through
