Default Outright Collusion, let\'s see what Party does

I sent this e-mail last night. Party replied that they were investigating and that it'd take 24-48 hours. I've never seen anything this blatant before. Both players involved had the largest stacks at the table with pham aquiring his on the hand right before this started. Here's the e-mail...

20+2 SnG that started around 1:50 am EST Sunday Morning played on Table 67352

This seems pretty blatant.

pham02: hey svo

pham02: lets come out of this game as a winner

svolich: that's always my plan

svolich: doesn't always happen

pham02: i wont attack untill you attack and it is neccessary

svolich: understood

#2884290709: pham02 wins 250 chips from the main pot with two pairs, tens and fives.

Xenod: so, you're colluding?

pham02: yeap

pham02: money talks

Please investigate

Thanks,

Sam

the svo guy isn't technically colluding (yet). he's just saying he understands what the other guy intends to do. the pham guy should be banned for that though.

Naw. If he didn't intend to collude he would have made it clear.

If someone made such an offer to me, i'd refuse vehemently and report him myself. By saying that, he implicitly agreed IMHO.

This wouldn't have bothered me so much had he not said "money talks." I will be suprised if party poker does anything.

Party has gotten people for DPs in cash games recently and I have seen several instances of them investigating and coming down on people for collusion.

The problem with this situation is that there is no clear agreement of collusion, and we do not know if they atually did play differently or in a manner that would be considered collusion. I think it takes a lot for party to ban someone for colluding.
