When to take breaks when playing online?

I heard you should take a break every 30 min. when playing. It could calm a person down and think about how he is playing. Whether it's still a good game or not. If they are not playing well.

What does everyone think?
Is there anybody out there have a regular break schedule?

I can't take breaks every 30 minutes. My sit-n-gos last longer than that. I don't take many breaks when I'm sitting down to play. It isn't my full-time job, however.

Yeh 30mins is silly. I try to keep sessions for 2-3 hrs depending how long I wanna play. Most days I'll try to do 2x 2hrs.

like the others said I try to play for 4 hours...work out or watch the ball games...play another 4

I usually decide how long I am going to play before I start, somewhere between 1 to 1.5 hours usually. Then stick to it. Take a break, rest on sofa for ten minuets, get coffee, etc, and then jump back in.

Not saying this is best though.
