Hero...

In the hand i assumed the flop bet being called meant he had kq, qj or a set. After the 2nd queen came, i assumed he would raise me with kq or a full house. He flat called, but the river K really scared me. I just thought he had KQ. Anyhow, i called and villain turned over KK for a very craftily played KK.
This isn't meant to be a bad beat post or anything like that.
So, if i assume he has a Q, should i have tried to charge any Q more to try and fill up, or should i keep the bet smallish to try and induce a raise by weaker trips? Is this a fold on the river, or can i assume any Q is making that play on the river?

Bet more on the flop and turn, it'll make your river decision much easier. Also, I'm gonna call the river but not be really happy about it.

very tough fold on the river. Your only chance was to push on the turn, and maybe he will make a big lay down of the kings, but since you should assume your hand is good with trip queens there is no need to push a player off thier hand on the turn. Especially if you think hes got a q with a weeker kicker. Also you have invested 15 in the pot. Unless you are very sure you are beat that is a tough lay down
