Foxwoods through Full Tilt Poker

Hi, I won an entry into the WPT Foxwoods through Full Tilt Poker earlier today but I haven't hard anything from them(+5 hours now). I emailed support and have heard nothing. Nothing was credited to my account. Has anyone else dealt with Full tilt? are they slow?

I am just surprised because when I won entry to the borgata through bodog they contacted me right away.
