Is this book reading if I've already read HOH1, HOH2, TOP, SS2, & Caro's Book Of Tells? Just curious if there are any new concepts. All of the reviews on amazon game it 5 stars. Meanwhile, I am completely stoked about the Sklansky/Miller NL book coming out. Anyone know if that's still due out at the end of the year?
