Default Some terminology help

These may not all be beginner Qs:

What does the term "case" mean? I saw Hellmuth say it, and recently read the term in SSHE.

What does the term IIRC mean? I think this is more online lingo than poker??

What does the term "sizing bets" mean?
Here's how I saw it used:
"Sizing bets (even pfr) with the number of further action available given effective stack size is huge, but that means making non standard bets which may leak information."

Thanks in advance.

Well, the wiki is only 2 for 3. Sizing bets in this context could be expanded to "the art of picking the correct bet size."

(The example is not a very good use of the gerund, and i'm certainly not advanced enough to entirely make heads or tails of the rest of the sentence, although I'm pretty sure I'm right about sizing bets. We all get in the habit of abbreviating on message forums. With the money you make from reading 2+2's forum, you could buy a ton of....)
