Blackhawk regulars
got a question, How are the games on Friday mornings?? What time do they start up? I have the day off, but need to get back to pick up my kids from school, just curious if it’s worth the trip. I usually play Mountain High, FV, or Gilpin. Can I expect the typical low limit action found on the weekends?

There's a freeroll at The Gilpin at noon. Up to three $10 re-buys allowed. I'm sure there will be a crowd there beforehand. Plus, there's no rake between 10am-1pm, and free lunch after two hours of play.

There's the daily noon tourney at Mountain High. Sometimes, when playing hookie, I end up leaving home around 10, getting me to the casino around 11. Get signed up for the tourney, play limit for an hour, usually the tournament is done by 2 pm, giving you a few more hours of cash game fun. Ask for a food comp coupon while playing the cash game and you won't even have to pay for lunch.
