Default Running Scared From Quads

I had these two hands nearly straight after one another. Both boards ended with trips. Should I do a value bet on the river?

HAND ONE:

MP is loose, but not much of a read. The table is the typical loose/passive.

Pacific Poker $5/$10 Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is in SB with K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls, 1 fold, MP calls, button calls, Hero raises , all call

Flop: (10 SB) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls, MP calls, button folds.

Turn: (7 BB) A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, UTG folds, MP calls.

River: (9 BB) A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets...?

HAND TWO:

BB is 53/6/2.67 after 17 hands.

Pacific Poker $5/$10 Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is on the button with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
2 folds, Hero Raises, 1 fold, BB calls

Flop: (4 SB) 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (3 BB) J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

River: (5 BB) J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets...?

Trent.

Yes, bet both rivers. You may as well throw in a flop raise in hand 2.

I normally just limp preflop in hand one.

Bet both rivers.

Most people with trips pop you on the turn. These are easy value bets.

In hand two I was going to raise the turn, but the Jack repeated and was now unsure of where I stood. Andway thats why I didn't raise the flop.

I was unsure about raising KJo in the SB with 5 limpers.
