Eurobet's giving me a round-a-bout instead of my money. Help

okay, so I signed up with Neteller and tried to cash out, only to recieve this:

Dear Client,

we would like to inform you that your withdrawal request via Neteller has been blocked as you have been funding your account via credit card and this payment option has precedence over other methods.

Providing that your credit card deposits are fully reimbursed you may withdraw via Neteller.

WTF? So I have to cash out through Neteller, but I can't cash out through Neteller. Their support is being wholly uncooperative. I emailed them to ask then how, exactly, I can get my money, and they told me that this is a security measure and is done for security reasons only (Notice the lack of the answer to my question).

I know many twoplustwoers use(d) Eurobet. How the hell did you manage to get your money off of them?

I recommend you give them a call if you can afford it. Otherwise keep messaging them. Eventually they will figure out the problem...I sometimes get hilarious, nonsensical replies to my messages and I just keep trying. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

I can sympathize some as most of my roll is currently in limbo between eurobet and neteller, and I am running very badly and going broke on several sites while I wait for it.

Yeah, same for me. Almost 3 days now. Here's the "really kind" email Eurobet sent me after I wrote a complaint email:

Did you try first making a withdrawal back to your credit card for the exact amount of your deposits, then withdraw the winnings to neteller...

I initially had the same problem with Eurobet. It seems that once they deactivate your credit card withdrawal method the Neteller withdrawal works fine. It was only about a day before they fixed mine up, but with the current commotion, i guess it might take longer at the moment.
