Default Jack High Flush

I am holding 2h 8d while my opponent has 10h 4h. The community cards read:
3h 6h 4h 6s Jh. Is the pot split because both person's have the jack high flush or does the person with the 10h win because that person's second card is better?

Thanks for the help.

10h wins. You should read basic Hold'em card rules before playing.
