Default 3/6+ SH players

Ive been being told that certain limits in SH are better than others. More fish. From my experience I find 3/6 SH easier than 5/10. But others tell me 10/20 is Eeeeez. 15/30 hard, etc.

What is the truth to all this?

Unfortunately I don't play enough to move up and I have to use my poker money for expenses. So my bankroll stays around 2k slowly creeping up and down, and up, and down. Then the bills are paid, and up.

I have had several players tell me 10/20 than 5/10 and I should move up. I just don't see how higher stakes = easier players. So I was curious is there is any truth to it.

From what I've seen it seems to go in line with the limits, i.e the 6 is easier than the 10 is easier than the 20.
