Vegas in less than 2 weeks

I'm going to be in Vegas 10/21 - 10/24 and have a couple questions. 1) Where is the best place to play down town? Mainly lower limits. We'll spend some of our time on the strip, but we're staying down town and would like to locate a good game near our hotel.
2) the day we arrive is the last day of the Doyle Brunson North American Poker Championship. What are the chances of getting in to watch some final table action? and who do I contact?
