With the line you took, checking both flop and the turn I would fold to the turn bet unless I had a really good read, in which case I would check raise all in.

I'm not saying that it's necessarily the best play in this spot, just that your blanket statement is wrong IMO.

[/ QUOTE ] We have 2400 after posting both blinds. Pushing also depends on when the blinds are going up.

I think I reshove preflop. Calling OOP with a pair of sevens just isn't my style. I definitely go for the check-raise on the flop, but I don't continue in on the turn.
In this spot, I really like bringing my FE to the table against the dead money of the minraiser with a decent hand, and pick up chips here. The way you played it, you gotta give it up.
