FF Dilemma

So 2 of my WR's and 2 of my RB's have byes this week. So I am left with a pretty bad team this week. I have manged to doctor together a line up. However, I have a wr/rb spot still open and need some help with deciding who to start. On my bench are R. Williams and Mike William both of whom play Bal at home, I also have T. Bell who plays WSH at home. I check the FA list and this is what is available
Top 5 RB left:
J Sowell (NJY)
L. Gorgon (PHI)
M. Bennet (MIN)
K. Faulk (NE)
M. Alstott (TB)

Top 5 WR's available
1.P Crayton DAL
2. T. Brown NE
3. S. McDonald StL
4.M. Booker MIA
5.T Dwight NE

So does anyone have any suggestions on who I should start at the WR/RB spot. Please no find someone better post this is a 14 team league and the pickins are slim. Any help with be appreciated.
