Is this generally too aggresive? None of the players left are awful calling stations.

Marginal but not terrible. Basically it's good because you have an Ace and the bigstack has folded. It's bad because you've got lots of chips and your hand is weak if it's caught by the other stack of your size. I'd be inclined to push here I think, but I'd be thinking it was close.
