How many sharks per table?..

I play live Texas Hold'em 1/2 ring game. Yesterday, there were only 3 players making a profit at the table. For some reason we never played each other. 2 of us had the same TAG style of play while the other was a LAG (but was wise enough to avoid us at all cause). As the night went on the number of players in total decrease so we had people from other tables having to fill open seats. I happen to notice this one guy who had over $100 in profits/chips seat down looking around and having to beg his g/f (who only had $30 money/chips) to switch tables with him. These arouse my question on how many sharks can be at a table in order to make it profitable.

You're asking the wrong question.
The correct question is:
How many fish does it take to make a table profitable.

Thanks, I am just trying to avoid being at a table in that the majority of the players know what they are doing. Which would make it a great game, but who is in the business of lossing.

As long as there is easy prey available, sharks will not feed on each other.

I think this is probably true at a poker table, too.

I like a table with 2 donks, 1 calling station, 2 scarred newbies, 2 rocks and myself...

Some will be better than others; some may even be "good;" but, in general, if someone is someone that you should fear their play ... they're playing beyond the micro-limits.
