Since you have a cool avatar, I'll respond

Hand 1: Standard

Hand 2: Just call the flop, raise on improvement. Simple poker often is the best.

Hand 3: Good, standard, fold.

Hand 4: Looks good.

Hand 5: Interesting line. I've been ponder this one myself, when to bet the flop and when not too. I think in this case, the check-call flop is good. Check-raise the turn though.

Hand 6: Standard

Most of those hands are pretty standard. Hand 5's interesting. I use to auto-bet these flops, now I'm not so sure vs an agro opponent whom I have a low folding equity against.

It might just be me, but if there isn't a running theme to the hands, I get lost (lose interest) quickly. In any case...

Hand 2 I might bet in the Heat of the Night like you did. But looking back on it, nearly every 3betting hand hass hit a pair, if not 2 pair or better. On the other hand, you have a ton of out. You've got position, use it. Check behind with outs.

Han4 I just call the flop. I guess if you think that everyone will call two cold on the flop and then call another on the turn UI, then ok, but I think you're going to get more folds than you want with this line.

Default Re: Six $2/$4 Hands

Hand 1: Sure

Hand 2: No need to get fancy. Just call the flop.

Hand 3: Good

Hand 4: The problem with limping in early with suited connectors isn't just that it might be raised behind you. It also means you'll be out of position for the whole hand which is horrible for a hand that often relies on implied odds. You could probably check/raise the river here, but betting is absolutely fine.

Hand 5: I think the flop is interesting. If you're going to call a bet, I'd just bet myself. Rest is good.

Hand 6: Very standard

Raise preflop. One caller. Villain is kinda loose, at least by my standards, which might be off as I am primarily a full ring NL player. Ace comes, he check-calls all the way. I don't want to check behind on this board, it is pretty draw heavy. Is a check ever good here? What about on turn? Definitely river?

Raise preflop, Villain, who is loose and appears to suck, 3-bets. I call. I pick up flush draw. I raise to define where I stand. He calls, then checks turn. I bet, but feel I should've checked behind. It's unlikely he'll fold here, and the board contains many cards which he'd 3-bet there.

Probably shoulda just thrown this away? The game was pretty loose, so I figured it couldn't hurt. My raise on the flop here seems crappy as it'll probably knock out people I don't mind it, but not knock out others with bigger flush draws. How should Hero play this? Just calling? River?

Villain in this hand is loose and crappy. I raise pre with A6s, which is probably mediocre at best. I don't want to get raised here by whatever crap he has, but I'm not folding as I think I have the best hand. I check-call the flop, without a real plan of action on the turn. I was thinking of check-raising, but I might still have the best hand. I turn the Ace and check-call again, thinking of raising, but think it'll fold the worst hand, which would probably still bet on the river. Check-call again on river, still no raise. Gotta be a better line than this.

Raise UTG, 2 callers. Good flop, I bet, one caller. I lead again, he 3-bets on double suited board. Anybody 3-bet here? River I check-call. Anybody do anything different? Thanks again, all.

Let's see some critique-age.
