Sleep schedule problems
Hi all,
I have sleep schedule problems recently. The problem is I dont have any schedule. Sometimes I go to sleep like 6am and sleep to 14am sometimes its normal 2am-8a... sometimes I sleep 5hours, sometimes 12 it seems pretty random. Semester is just starting and Iam little worried about attendind to my courses (8am like 3times in a week and 10am once). Do you have any tips or experiences with fixing your sleep schedule ? I have the same problem, except I rarely sleep until "14 am".
