Default Handling Loose Passives Heads Up

Suppose you have a heads up opponent (like I did last nite), who calls virtually all raises preflop (e.g., with 10, 5 offsuit), and calls almost every turn whether he hits or not. What are the hands you would come in with a raise?

Also, this opponent almost never raises preflop. Given that, what hands do you complete your small blind with?

Thanks!
