I think it’s close between limping and completing on 3rd, but I like completing because spades and king are semi-dead.
Once he re-raises though, I would definitely fold. He is an idiot for limp-reraising with semi-dead kings, but that doesn’t mean you have to donate a large part of your stack to him.
The rest of the hand plays itself, up until the river where I would check behind.

I thought the guy was full of [censored] when he re-raised on third. Would've checked behind on the river if I didn't think he'd pay me off with pocket twos.

Raise 3rd but fold to a reraise. Everything else looks good. Sometimes, I'll check the river.
(this may be wrong, but)If he has kings, there are 4 cards that he can pair to give him a better two pair. Given that an ace is dead, there are 11 cards that could give him two pair and one king that would give him trip kings. 20 cards are exposed. 12/32 cards help him. If he makes kings up, or trips, he'd 3 bet. so, 12/32 you'll lose 3 bets and 20/32 you'll win 1 bet.

I know you can make a full house, but that's just a rough numbers thing. I think it's close. And I play real tight. So I'd lean toward checking.
