Just saw an advertisement for this on TV and wondered if anyone checked it out. Free 25 dollars no deposit, is it actually plus EV?

This is still plus EV though. 25 dollars, if you lose oh well. If you clear WR then you deposit and withdrawal.

Yes and no...

Free money is always +EV but this offer is -EV if you do/ever plan on casino whoring. This is really wasting a RB sign-up bonus as giving $25 no-deposit is a pretty lame sign-up bonus for them.
