New York lottery machines....

The city is about to put 4,500 slot machines in OTB's to earn $210 million per year. It sounds to me like these machines will NEVER payout. So that will piss people off. What I say is build poker rooms at the Tracks like Cali. or set pokerrooms up at the OTB's. At least there profit would be on a game of skill according to the LAW not of Chance. Also would help with employment. By hiring dealers and supervisors. Anyone think this is good?
