But I think when someone pairs their door card you have to fold, especially when one of your aces are dead.

What about raising on 4th? If he only has Queens up is he going to cap it? He may check 5th as well and give you a free card to hit your 2p.

Kidding aside, yeah, fold fourth. His play is entirely consistent with trips, and one of your Aces is gone. Nice catch on sixth. I would probably raise once. If he's thinking at all, he's got to know that you've made trip Aces (what else could you raise open Queens with?), and there's no reason he can't be full. Capping it isn't terrible, especially since it closes the action.
