1) i do this sometimes against players that aren't too agressive. i don't like checkraising because when i'm 3bet im almost always beat, and check calling is pretty weak.

2) easy fold. if you can't fold here don't bet the river.

3) fine.

4) fine.

5) i fold the flop. the pot is small and your effective odds to get to a SD are terrible.

yeah, somewhat along what i was thinking. i disagree though that you're almost always beat when the flop c/r gets 3-bet in these spots. i feel like AK or AQ will 3bet you here all day long and either take the free card or bet the turn and check behind on the river. i'm not crazy about calling down here either though.
