7.5 SB flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] He checks, I bet, he raises, I call.

5.75BB turn: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] He bets I call

7.75BB river: J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] He bets I call

I was thinking about folding the river unimproved but couldn't do it against this guy.

Standard?

i dont know how you can think about folding the river against a guy this aggressive, is he aggro postflop too, i might put a raise in somewhere if he is

66/33 looks like it's over 3 hands or something. How many hands is this sample over. If it is over a large sample I call down. If it's against a normal Tag..eeek, i'm pissed, fold the turn UI, run to the bathroom and change my tampon because I'm always beat!

Looks good, but you might consider 3-betting flop if you think villian will only cap when you're beat, in which case you can fold turn UI. This will let you get a free card on turn, and induce a bluff on river, or to let you value bet the river when he checks.
