Default KTs early

Villan had "eagle" type stats - Tight and Agg preflop and passive postflop.

Not really looking for thoughts on preflop, since I know there will be many opinions. Post flop is what concerned me.

probably, looks like he has KQ or a set, passive postflop dosent seem like the type to raise on a semibluff

Yeah this is a pretty clear fold. You will sometimes be drawing to 3 or 5 outs, but othertimes you will be stone dead. Getting ~8:1 just isn't enough to call here.

I'm not so sure about this line hu. Will he ever pay you off with a worse hand after you check-raise the flop? No. Good turn fold, though.

Love to hear thoughts on a better line. Donk? Check / call? Both seem bad to me.

For one more small bet you could take this to showdown vs. the way you played it.

That could be good, though I wonder if it's better to donk the river just in case he has something like AQ and decides to check behind.
