What's expected win rate for top player at SNG single tables?

What's the expected win rate for top player at SNG single tables as expressed as a % of entry fee? I see it expressed at 1.5-2 BB's for limit ring games, but what about SNG singles? Just seems with high blinds, low stacks, pre-flop dominated play with this format that it would be hard to do nearly as well here as you can in cash games.
