HU SnG vs Aggro donk, how sexy am I?

Villain is an aggro donk, but starting to catch on to the fact he's only gettting action when he's smoked or I caught a good 2nd best. I had him down to 500 chips, but a turned 5-outer followed by a turned 3-outer put us back even.

I've 3-bet him pre-flop maybe 2-3 other times in the match prefering to settle things on the flop via check/raises which he pays off like a slot machine. Recently turned up the aggro a notch and have picked up some small pots.
