Top pair on the flop, I really want to muck

Party 10/20. We are 5-handed. SB's stats are 40/20/2, although he doesn't seem out of control. BB's stats are 25/13/2, and he has annoyingly 3-betted my button open raise the last 3 orbits in a row. Exactly the last three in a row.

Of that history, I folded twice by the turn, and one time I raised the turn and he folded, so we never saw a showdown.

It is folded to me on the button w/ KTo. I raise. SB calls and BB 3-bets again. I call, SB calls.

Flop is Kc 9d 3c. I have the T of clubs (does a one card T high backdoor flush draw matter at all?).
