Default AJs UTG in a short hand. (X-Post)

I didn't really get a good response in the HUSH forum....

Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6-handed)

Preflop:
Hero raises, 1 fold, Button 3-bets, 1 fold, BB calls, Hero calls

Flop: (9.5 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
BB checks, Hero checks (with the intention of checkraising), Button bets, BB raises, Hero...?

I like my draw, but I do think I am drawing. And while I will end up with aces up or better about half of the time, two pair won't always be enough to win, and if Button has a hand he'll fold for two more, there's a good chance I'd prefer him to be in.

I would probably switch plans and call.

I don't think 3-betting would be awful or anything, though. If by some chance you are ahead of BB and you could get Button to fold his AQ, for instance, then that's something you wouldn't mind doing at all.

Eityher the other player has a K or he has a pair. You want to keep the 3rd player in so when you hit you make more. I'd probably check call.
