Default T3o in CO blind

Terrible fold? I'm thinking maybe raising is better. What do you think?

The flop fold is meh. I assume it's your first hand, so you don't have reads yet (which would really help). I can find a raise here, too. I just wouldn't call.

Raaaise preflop, you're getting terrific odds on your raise, even with T3o.

You've got TPNK on a draw heavy board, a dangerous situation no matter what. Pot's not big enough to tempt me to continue. Good fold.

Raise preflop. Everyone has shown weakness, and since you posted you essentially get to raise for half-price. You also have position and can hopefully buy absolute position.

Raise the flop. You have the best hand a lot of the time, and raising now will make the hand easier to play from here.

This was my first thought as well. I know it is an automatic raise if nobody else posted. How does the presence of the other poster change the equation, if at all?

You've got a bit less fold equity but a bit stronger odds. Quick bit of division says you only need to fold everyone out 18% of the time to show an immediate profit.
