Its very possible he has a better flush, he could also have a worse flush, or even two pair. These players are horrible. Id either 3bet the turn and get the rest in on the river or take your line and c/c down. FOLD IS BAD!

try a blocking bet on the river around 15 dollars, then call his minraise.

2 things

1: we hope he doesn't raise. i threw that in there just to pre-empt the "What i do if raised?" question
2:If we think we have the best hand, it gets more money in.
