6 handed 30/60 a 45/6 guy over 300 hands raises UTG you have 77 on the button.

Because 300 hands is enough to know that this guy doesn't raise too much, and our sevens are likely in big trouble.

VPIP and PFR converge pretty quickly in general.

If he plays bad enough postflop (especially if he folds too much) I'll 3bet, but more often this is a fold.

Bottom line: even in 6h you want an EDGE, and 77 is crap. bring tens or better and hammer back. my 2c.

Sounds good to me. We are clearly a big dog to his range if it is indeed that small.
