Default ATo on button versus limper, both players short stacked

$30 rebuy on Paradise, blinds 400/800/50. 2nd position with T7900 limps. I have T8400 on button and ATo. Push, limp, or fold?

how does limper appear to you? tricky? weak? aggressive?

how aggressive has the table been? a lot of late position raisers with limpers? If not, I like push best out of those three options.

oh... how does limp

I pushed. Villain called with AQ. This suprised me, as most people raise with that hand. I was more worried about AJ, AA, or KK.

I wonder if I should have shown more respect to a 2nd position limper with 10xBB. I don't know if I have much folding equity against something like KQ, 2 suited high cards, or a pp. Granted I would be avbout even with pot odds. But I risk limper or blinds having a big hand.

There was some limping going on, but I think I have to be more careful with limpers later on. I usually only play for a limpraise when limping is real common, but when there is less limping, it seems like a lot of limpers have big hands.
