Default What would you do in this hand?

NL 9 max .10/.25
Your hand-JsKs
one limper in early position
everyone else folds to you on the button
You raise to $.85
Big and Small Blind call, limper folds
Flop-10,J,Q rainbow
Pot now-$1.95
Small blind bets $1
BB folds
(Should I insta fold right here?)
I actually raise it to $2.75, as a kind of semi bluff(I had seen him/her bluff a bunch of pots before.)
Small blind calls
Next card is a 4s
(I check)(He/she Checks)
River is a 7d
(I check) (Heshe Checks)
He/she turns over AQ

Should I have just folded after the flop? (that's what i am thinking I should have done)

Or when he/she just called my bet and then checked should I have taken that as weakness and attempted throwing two more large bets at him/her? Thank you very much

Theres nothing wrong with this hand, raising the flop is debatable, but not bad. Checking the turn and river seems ok to me, after he calls my flop raise I'm pretty much done with the hand if the turn doesn't improve me.
