Default HoH 1 for ring games

As the strategy in HoH 1 revolves around the early stages of the tournament and players have high Ms is the strategy used in the book useful for NL ring games-excluding of course such things like the Gap Concept which are specific to tournaments. I know that the chapter on Pot Odds and Hand Analysis can obviously be applied to any hold'em game but is the strategy outlined in Betting Before/After the Flop and Betting on Fourth and Fifth Street optimal for cash games of would I be better off consulting another source such as 21C HE for ring games (to read both would be best of course but I just wanted to compare HoH with other books that are more specific the ring game format).

The Gap Concept isn't exclusive to tourneys.

In my limited experience, you tend to get more action and a little more aggression in ring games if you compare to tourney games at, say, low/middle blinds.

Not sure there's any better books on NLHE, though.
