Which site and what tournament has had the largest online prize pool to date?

Is the WCOOP 2.5 Mill going to be the largest?

The largest to date was PokerStars 2004 WCOOP main event with the prize pool of $2.1m. This year WCOOP will be higher because the guarantee is $2.5m.
