Default Justify my play...

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls, MP calls, Hero calls, 2 folds, BB checks.

Flop: (4.50 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, MP checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG folds, MP calls.

Turn: (3.75 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero checks.

Are there any reads must that would justify this turn check? Or should this pretty much be an autobet/fold?

Krishan

There's no read that makes this play right.

I don't know how the 10 plays, but I imagine that it's a little tighter postflop than the 3.

You got called in two spots on a Q low low fairly dry drawless flop by an UTG and MP limper; I don't think you're ahead that often here and the pot isn't that large so taking that into consideration too, a free card isn't a disaster here. I'd check behind too and pray for a free showdown or the 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

You don't raise that preflop?

given you were last to act on the flop (its much more likely someone will call a bet with a weak queen, than they will check it), and since you cant put anyone on a K, yeah this is a turn bet

no raise PF?
