Default Flopped straight, board pairs, wild player= no fun

Villian in this hand seems pretty lousy. In the chat he is claiming to be drunk, etc. He is running quite good... 92/9/4 with an absurd went to SD of 40 (considering his 92 vip). He has been doing all sorts of weird donkishmoves like min bets, raises, etc. I have only been at the table for about 50 hands though.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter

UTG ($193.89)
MP ($200.65)
CO ($53.55)
Button ($147.80)
Hero ($92.55)
BB ($215.10)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG calls $1, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($3) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $2</font>, BB calls $2, UTG calls $2.

Turn: ($9) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero bets $6, BB calls, UTG raises to $12...?

I dont know if you guys have other ideas here so comments welcome.

Hero raises to $36, UTG raises all in (~$40 more)

Call. If you lose, oh well, this guy seems like he's happy to get all in here with much less than a boat.

"Folding when you are drawing very live is much more of a mistake then calling when you are drawing dead"

Paraphrase form SSHE but still holds true here (since you are probably ahead).

I might bet the pot on the flop. Otherwise you played the hand goot, assuming you called his push.
