PartyPoker to shutdown other skins?

Does anyone have any information on this? I keep hearing rumors that Party is going to shutdown the other skins. Do they have that power? Also, IGM owns Party but not Empire Euro ect. My guess is that those sites have a contracted numbers of years with the IGM poker network, is that expiring soon?

that's what happens when someone makes a post (inevitably spam) and then quickly gets banned.
