Default smooth calling AKs preflop first level?

Hero has A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in the CO, blind 5/10 starting chips T1000. Villain who is a good player (2+2er) opened the previous hand for 35 UTG+1. This hand he opens UTG for the same amount. His range is AA-JJ, AK and AQs. Against this range you have ~45% equity in pokerstove. Even if you add TT or AQo you're almost even money.

3 people cold call to you in the CO, what's your move? What about with pocket queens?

Obviously you have decent equity against the whole field, but since you're close to even against the raiser, and he might move all in (with AA KK or QQ) reraising doesn't look too good.
