Party skins question

I am aware that you cannot make an account on two party skins from the same computer. But I am wondering if you make two accounts but use the same financial information for IGM pay will they cancel one of your accounts?

Not true. If you have an account at Party, uninstall the Party software. Open an account at Empire, for example, get it up and running, and then reinstall the Party software. Make sure that you have your Party name and password handy to get it running again.
